As a Shop Floor 1 volunteer you will provide a first-class customer service experience, ensuring customers find everything they need during their visit and the store's front of house is maintained to a high standard and remains well stocked. You will engage with our customers both on arrival and when they depart the store, as well as queries they might have during their visit. You will also support other members of the team with merchandising displays and stock management to ensure the store is inviting for our customers.

We are looking for a personal assistant to work with our project leader - either hybrid locally. Even though we are a small charity we want to make a big difference to people and are looking to build a team to help us.
