Enable community members to share a nutritious, warm lunch together.

Support children and families to join church activities.

Be one of a pair counting and recording cash (maybe total three figure) safely and accurately, such as service collections from the church congregation.

Enhance the level of visitor experience and enjoyment by providing a warm, friendly, attentive and dignified welcome for church visitors

Working voluntary with children aged 7-10 for an hour each week in term time

The ground floor Community Hub is home to Joe’s Café and gift shop, stocking St Joseph’s merchandise and greetings cards etc. Our café sells a range of freshly baked cakes, snacks, hot & cold drinks

Our Shop Volunteers are an important part of the work we do at Princess Alice Hospice. On over 40 high streets, they help our shops turn takings directly into outstanding care.

In 2021, more than 200 runners are donning their Teenage Cancer Trust shirts and taking on 26.2 miles to raise funds for young people with cancer. Could you help to celebrate and encourage them.

Could you boss a bucket and help us raise vital funds to support our work? Be the face of Teenage Cancer Trust & collect donations from the show-goers at IMA's Christmas Soul Night & help us to ensure young people don't have to go through cancer alone. These 5km fundraising walks will bring together everyone impacted by dementia as Alzheimer’s Research UK strive to make a lasting difference for future generations. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers to attend a weekly activity (Mon-Fri, after school) with one of our children with additional needs.

Our resident is interested in languages & loves to learn new things to keep mentally active. Enjoys talking about his previous job (scientist). Would like someone interested in language or education.
